You won't find Dairy, Egg, Seafood, Seaweed, Gluten or Wheat, Corn, Soy, many Seeds, Tree Nuts, or Peanuts!

 
Nuts (or Tree Nuts), Peanuts, many Seeds, and often won't find one or more of the other common food allergies, as well. Almonds, Black Walnut, Brazil Nuts, Butternut, Cashews, Caraway Seed, Celery Seed, Coconut, Cotton seed, English Walnut, Filberts, Hazelnuts, Hickory Nut, Ling Nut, Litchi Nut, Macadamias, Mustard Seed, Peanuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Pistachios, Poppy Seed, Pumpkin Seed, Singhara Nut, Walnuts, Plus NO Flax Seed or Linseed Oil, Hemp Seeds, Sesame Seeds/Oil, Sunflower Seeds. Gianduia Chocolate or Marzipan.

Free of "Top 12": What won't you find here?

Everything listed above won't be found here. And, you will not find Mustard or Celery. Also, Mustard Family and Parsley Family free recipes will be labeled. Kyt Friendly is completely Mustard Family free and Celery free, but not Parsley family free.
 
Currently, MOST Top 8 recipes are Mustard and Celery free. I'll be adding navigation soon!

Food Family Notes:

The Seaweed is only banned because my sister reacts to it because of its fishy smell, even though Seaweed is generally considered safe.
A list of everything that might contain Gluten can be found at Celiac Safe Food / Unsafe Food Lists . Just search for it. No direct link because sometimes website change things around.
 
A list of all Tree Nuts will be put here, eventually, but above list is exhaustive as far as "official" tree nuts are concerned.
