Note: The Vegan diet has been proven to reverse Diabetes and currently is found to not promote Alzheimer's. The Farmer's Meat diet, has been proven to promote Alzheimer's Disease. The Vegan Diet does give you all your nutritional needs, especially if you add fortified sources of B12. With this in mind, I recommend only using the recipes on this page if your diet needs more variety due to too many food allergies, or the wrong food allergies.
If you are allergic to:
1) Dairy, Peanuts, Quinoa, Soybeans, Treenuts then you may need Fish or chicken to get a complete protein source (or Pork, Beef, etc.)
2) Almond Milk, Dairy, Rice Milk, Soy Milk, all cross-reactors to Gluten, the entire Cereal family and do NOT absorb B12 from tablets, then you will need to eat Fish, or if allergic, then Chicken. I'd recommend Pork and Beef as a last resort.
"Other Protein Sources" may eventually have recipes, over the next two years, that accommodates those whose diet is not adequately reflected in a Western Civilization Diet if I find someone more familiar with these diets and are willing to help me. However, I will obey the laws of my land which means that certain Protein Sources, I may not be able to create recipes for. I am doing this because I do not believe in discriminating by race, culture, diet or food allergy where ever I can accommodate.
Avian or Poultry: Includes anything with wings, regardless of whether is can
fly or not. If it has feathers, it is in here. Thus, we have Duck, Chicken,
Hen, Geese, Cornish Game Hen, Turkey and so on.
Meats: Anything that comes from a Cow, Pig, Goat, Sheep or other four legged animal will be found here. If it is a meat that is uniquely ate by a certain country only, then that will be found under "Other Protein Sources", if and when I find someone to help me with those recipes.
Fish: This will include anything with Scales. I can not with a clear conscious cook anything that requires it to be boiled alive. Thus, you will never find Lobster and similiar Shellfish here. Sorry!
Other Protein Sources: What this includes, has yet to be determined. I want to research and create African, Asian and Korean recipes, but currently want to find someone to help me with this section before I write these recipes. Thanks for your patience.
