NOTE: ALL recipes containing Chili Powder are no longer considered suitable on this diet. When I
get the new relaunch of my site up, you will see this reflected in all the recipes. Currently,
the links here may contain Chili Powder. Chili Powder is likely to contain Garlic. However, I am
not reacting to the small amount of Garlic Powder, so I missed this. McCormick Brand listed Garlic
on their website which I checked today (June 20, 2012). I don't remember seeing Garlic listed
before and I did check for myself (several times). See the NSF version of recipes to find a Garlic
and Onion Free Substitute. Thanks!
