I need to make the HTML page first, then I'll change this dogma to a link. :D The more woodsy tasting mushrooms, I have had a mild reaction too, we just do not know for sure if it was the mushrooms, or something else in the dish. (I can't remember if it was an Asian dish or not.) Truffle I have never had. But, I do tolerate portobello, steak mushrooms, button mushrooms well. Anything that walks on Land or Sea: Meat, Poultry, Bird/Avian, Frog, Shellfish, Shrimp, Exotic eats: Snake, Rat, Insect, Reptile, etc. Exotic Fruits: Most of them. Dairy: I tolerate dairy cooked IN something, but I don't know for how long. The only cheeses I can still keep down is American Cheese, Red Leicester, Gouda, Mild Cheddar, Mozzeralla, [Monterey Jack, Mild Colby, but barely]. Oatmeal: Acts like glue in my stomach, so I gave up, but can eat it, if its GF brand oatmeal. Quaker Oats doesn't care if their Oats get contaminated.
