All recipes are GF, OF, GaF and Vegan EXCEPT the rare ones that contain Red Leicester and/or Double Gloucester Cheese. Sunflower Oil and Canola Oil is not used. Sunflower Seeds also won't be found, even though I do eat them. (Either Canola oil or Sunflower Oil combined with Salt causes burning for me. We aren't sure which.)
 
These recipes suitable for most IBS diets and is almost strictly FODMAPS, but may contain Beetroot, Apricots, Peaches, Mushrooms and will contain Legumes. I do not eat a full serving of beans in one sitting, and that I find works for me. I eat 5 small meals a day.

My intolerances have been known to turn anaphylactic without warning, so I strictly avoid, but anyone who I marry will only have to avoid SOME foods I'm actually anaphylactic too.
 
Note: I do tolerate Halal Ice Cream. This means no alcohol was used in the processing. If Propylene Glycol listed, then usually indicates Halal Artificial Vanilla flavour.

Dairy Free makes me feel better even though I tolerate small amounts of dairy. Greek Yogurts do not agree with me. Neither does Leban. I am not sure why. Yogurts contain too much sugar and not enough pro-biotics to be useful anyways.
