Special Diets

This section is a brief overview of the diets to be found. See the main listing for a complete list of diet options under each category and the foods excluded or included. "GFCFSF Diet": I'm changing ALL recipes labeled CF to COF. All recipes that are dairy free, will automatically be Casein free, thus I don't use CF. I am attempting to be consistant with as many other websites as possible. 1) COF here means Corn Free
2) Any recipe labeled as DF should be Casein free, by default. Use only 100% Vegan Cheese but read labels in case of labeling errors.
3) Broccoli is a great source of Calcium!
Low-Histamine: Anyone who emails me a list of what they can eat on this diet, will get recipes much faster! I can't find lists of allowed foods with any sense of consistency. They often disagree with each other.
Diabetics: These recipes will be specifically created to meet the needs of Diabetics who subscribe to the new research on Diabetes and controlling blood sugar levels.

Seed Free: (See SEF for those who tolerate Berries but not all seeds.)
There are many variations for Seed Free, but "Seed Free Diet #2" is suitable for most, and what "Seed Free" most likely means. This also means no Legumes, Cumin, Olives or Oils, Black Pepper, Tomato Seeds and so on...but will have seeded Tomatoes (seeds removed, and Tomato carefully washed of all seed juices. Spices are Green Herbs, Roots and Salt only. Oil used is Butter, as it is not a seed. All Vegetables that contain seeds are carefully seeded with clear instructions. No berries will be found here. I will only allow Vegetables and Fruits that can easily have its seeds removed and the seed juices washed off. Watermelon is not found, as it is not worth the effort. Seedless Watermelons still contain White Seeds, which I react too. (Intolerance only.) I mention seed juices because if seeds are not removed properly, then juice might remain. I wash after removing the seeds as an extra precaution.
Shellfish is not in use on this website at this time. I am against the cooking of anything that must be boiled to its death. However, I still have SHF Key just in case I have to change this stance. I still don't believe in discrimination, and someone with EE/EGID who can only eat Rice, Shellfish, Water and Salt (or something similar) will get me to change this stance the quickest. Key is a very restricted diet worse then Mine qualifies for a rule change. Feel free to bug me with your requirements if you think you qualify for such a rule change.
