Seed Free Diet #6: Strictest GF and SEF

Seed Free Diet #6: Plus Strict Avoidance of All flours and grains with the exception of Corn and Rice. (Severely intolerant of Gluten and normal Celiac GF diet does not work because Leaky Gut Syndrome was found even when Buckwheat and other grains considered GF was ate.)
Only Herbs and Roots are allowed for the spices.
What would I test for here? I would test as many of the secondary grains as possible to be sure that Leaky Gut or other intolerant or allergic reaction is happening. This diet assumes a strict seed free diet, where if it is a Seed, it is not allowed.
This diet should ONLY be followed if your Medical Specialist determines you need this diet because of the lack of variety with Whole Grains. This is why I put this on its own page. Leaky Gut Syndrome has been caused in at least 1 person from eating Tapioca flour, Buckwheat flour and Quinoa. Data is lacking to determine if this is true in the majority of people on a GF diet.
The following list is what is excluded on this diet:
Note that where the food is excluded, its oil is also excluded.
Cereal family: Only Corn and Rice allowed
Bamboo Shoots, Barley, Bran (wheat), Cane sugar, Cane Molasses, Chestnut, Ling nut; Chestnut, Singhara nut; Farina (wheat); Graham flour (wheat) ; Gluten flour (wheat) ; Malt Barley, Millet; Patent Flour (wheat); Oats; Pumpernickel; Rye; Sorghum; Teff; Water Chestnut, Wheat, Wheat flour, Wheat Germ; Wheat (whole) flour; Wild Rice.
Amaranth, Buckwheat, Quinoa, Tapioca.
Coffee Bean Free (Causes same reaction as gluten in Celiacs)
[N.B. Need to test to see if these grains causes leaky gut.]
Legumes, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, and SEF
Cottonseed, Caraway, Flaxseed/Linseed, Hemp, Mustard Seeds, Nutmeg, Pine Seed, Poppy Seeds, Pumpkin Seed, Safflower Seed, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds Free.
Tree Nuts:
Almond, Beechnut, Black Walnut, Brazil Nut, Bush Nut, Butternut, California Walnut, Cashew, Chestnut, Chinkapin, Chinquapin, Coconut, English Walnut, Filbert, Gianduja, Ginko Nut, Hazelnut, Heartnut, Hickory Nut, Indian Nut, Japanese Walnut, Karite, Lichee Nut, Ling Nut, Lychee Nut, Macadamia Nut, Marzipan, Mashuga Nuts, Nangai Nut, Pecan, Pigñolia, Pili Nut, Pine Nut, Piñon Nut, Pistachio, Pralines, Shea Nut, Walnut
Blackberries, Blueberries, Cherries, Figs, Grapes, Kiwi, Melon, Raspberries, Strawberries, Watermelon, all Berries.
[Allows Fruit in which seeds are easily removed without issues.]
Asparagus, Black Pepper, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Capers, Cardamom Seed, Coriander Seed, Cumin Seed, Fennel Seed, Summer Squash Seed, Tomato Seeds, Zucchini Seed, and seeds from all vegetables and or spices.
All Vegetables and Fruits are carefully seeded.
