Seed Free: The Complete List

Seed Free Diet has people who react to...
1) almost all seeds,
2) many but not most seeds,
3) and every combination inbetween.

Only your Allergy Specialist can determine which seeds you need to avoid, and which ones you can eat. With that in mind, I've been researching online for other people with Seed Allergies. The Lists below reflects this research. Data is still too scarce for my liking so these list are NOT scientific.

How do you and your Specialist determine which diet is best for you when you can not test for everything? The following is to be read as "If I were doing this for me, this is what I would ask my Doctor to test for" and not as advice. And, I do mean the Seed Protein where a seed exists.

Personally, I would test for the following foods and spices, marked with an *, in each list to determine how severe the seed allergy is. I would test for Corn Allergy only because this allergy is becoming to prevalent. It is not connected with a seed allergy. Lastly, I would test for Celiac, using the most accurate test which includes Blood Analysis. Keep in mind: I am NOT a Doctor or a Medical Specialist. Only Your Specialist can determine what is correct for you. I only give you what I would do if it were me.
