NOTE: These recipes will be
created after I've finished learning Raw Foods Cooking techniques that
can be applied here, to create more interesting recipes.
These recipes suitable for those who can have at least, water and one vegetable or grain. Recipes use only Organic, Whole Foods and Spices.
My goal is to create recipes that allow you to use the technique on any allowed vegetable or grain.
There are three recipe areas:
1) Techniques: These teach techniques you can use to be more creative with the allowed foods. A complete list of useful tools will be included. A food dehydrator is recommended.
2) Recipes: Techniques is combined with allowed foods to create new taste and texture sensations while keeping the ingredients list to a bare minimum.
3) Special Requests: This is where you emailed me a complete list of allowed foods and spices. I'll use your given Username, or "Allowed List 1", "Allowed List 2", and so on. The complete list of allowed foods and spices will be listed as well.
