The Binder Recipes for more than just Pasta: 
Choose which one works best for you. I have no opinions, as it
really depends on the recipe itself, and no two recipes are identical. Except, 
Xanthum Gum and Guar Gum is considered the best, but if you play with the dough
to much, both Gums can make the dough hard. 

NOTE: Cream of Tarter substitute for Baking Powder can NOT be used in a KF diet! Anaphylactic.
Xanthum Gum is made on Corn. Guar Gum is NOT LF. For CF and LF doughs, use Agar Agar ( a seaweed). 

For 1 Egg: 

The Best:
2 TB Arrowroot flour mixed in 2 TB water

Another idea: Take 1/2 Cup Rice Flour and 1/2 cup water.
Put in a pan and bring to a boil.  
Stir continuously until it forms a ball. 
Add this to breads. (Not Cereal Free).

1) Flax Seed Mixture:
	a) 1 heaping TB Flax Seed, powderized well (use coffee grinder until it
	becomes a very fine meal.) 
	b) Add 1/4 Cup Cold Water. 
	c) Mix for 2 - 3 minutes until thickened and has the consistency of eggs. 

2) Banana / Apple Sauce: . Choose 1 below. (Not KF!)
	a) 1/2 Banana  + 1/8 TB Apple Sauce, whisked together.
	b) 1 whole banana 
    c) 1/4 Cup Apple Sauce (KF, if Cinnamon and vinegar free, and not fermented)
3) Nutritional Yeast: Great B12 Source!	
	a) 1 tsp. Nutritional Yeast dissolved in 1/4 Cup Warm Water.
4) 3 TB Apricot Puree [May unduly flavour foods.] 

NOT CF Binders. Last one is NOT LF!
5) Baking Powder / Oil: NOT CF! I have not tried this, but might work well in pastas.
	a) 2 tsp. Baking Powder, 
	b) 1 TB Oil, (Some recipes call for 1 1/2 TB each of Oil and Water.)
	c) 2 TB Water.
	d) Mix well. 
6)  Baking Powder / Vinegar: NOT CF, KF! But, I'm told it works well. Is GF.
	a) 1 tsp. Baking Powder, 
	b) 1 TB Vinegar, 
	c) 1 TB water. 
	d) Mix well.
7) Xanthan Gum or Guar Gum (Not CF! Guar gum is a Legume. )
	a) 1/2 tsp. per 1 Cup flour
